This is really no good when travelling on business and I need VPN to connect to my companies mail system. I complained every time but nothing is done. "Personal at the hotel does not talk English so it's difficult to communicate. The air conditioner of the room didnt cool the room enough, it didnt go below the 21°C so on hot days it's not conveniente. Other than that room is clean and nicely located, my stay was pretty good. "
