One and only elevator is so small, 1/2 size of USA, we had a twin room with 3 beds and there was very little room left. "We really enjoyed our stay at Hiroshimanoyado Aioi. The traditional room was spacious, and the comfortable futons made for a restful night's sleep. The serene atmosphere and authentic Japanese experience made it one of our favorite places during our travels all around Japan. Highly recommend! Location is also spot on! "

"Property was clean and comfortable, although a little cramped for 4 people. Not enough crockery provided for 4 people. No staff to speak to, just a handbook of instructions. A little hard to find, but no real issue. Laundry provision was great as it was a washer/drier and it’s challenging to get clothes to dry quickly otherwise.
