"When departing the elevator on floor zero and turning to the right, there is a small step up. The bottom of the step is recessed. My foot got caught in the recess and the top of the floor base. I was tripped up by my toes and fell to the floor. "

"Great hotel and super situation for the best part of the beach and close to great local bars and nightlife and super restaurants very close including a Mexican 2 minutes away ,all the staff from the man who allowed us to leave our bags in extra early to the friendly girl who let us check in really early ,the bar staff and breakfast staff were also really friendly and the food for breakfast was generous and very tasty and covered many tastes . We had a wonderful few days and want to go back soon...
