"We were met on arrival at reception which was quick, easy and very friendly and were shown and told everything we needed to know. As mentioned in other reviews, the decor of the rooms is slightly older style but the room was clean, the bed comfortable and the shower and bathroom were fine. There was a pool and free buffet breakfast which added to the comfort and enjoyment. The hotel is also a short distance to the waterfront, bars, restaurants and ferries and a nice walk around to the beach."

"Such great hosts and a fantastic sea front setting. Great base to visit Split with a bus stop on the doorstep. You will have your own parasol to position on the beach once you have finished exploring Split or make use of the free paddle boards! Definitely recommend!"

"Sunny, the host, was absolutely incredible. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful. Located just outside of a bus stop that easily took you into Split center city. Gorgeous views from our balcony. This is more of a boutique-style BnB, so bringing your own body wash and shampoo is recommended. If you forget, there’s a small Tommy’s (grocery store) less than a 10 min walk from the hotel. Would stay here again and again! "

"After staying in old town Split for a few days, I wanted a little quieter stay. Ana's place is spectacular, with a great Adriatic view, hot tub, every amenity, and a super friendly and professional inkeeper. Very clean, very nice. Nothing bad to say about the facility. Highly recommend. Note: it is off the beaten path, so restaurants and other amenities are going to be a long walk away (especially in off-season. I drove, so no big deal. Cute beach within walking distance."

"Very well kept property managed by Bol Homes, young professional guys. Steps from magnificent beaches away from the hype of Zlatni Rat. Mind the way back to the apartment is a steep street but that’s how things are in these places."
