Very nice hotel in the middle of old town….historic building, with modern amenities….. Follow their directions instead of google…. Google will take you through area with lots of steep and uneven stairs…it’s pedestrian area so you will need to walk with your luggage to the front door… Lady at the front desk was very nice and friendly…. Around 10 minutes walk from bus station and ferry terminal….

Beautiful property inside and out. The views of the sea were better than expected. Room was comfortable if a little noisy being on the end near the bar/restaurant. As was the case with almost every place we stayed during our 3-week European holiday, there are no room-darkening blinds so recommend an eye mask if you're sensitive to early morning light. Breakfast was good and enjoyed from the back patio with those gorgeous views. We had a car and the property has a lot just a 5-10 minute walk up the hill. They have a driver with a "tuk tuk" who'll get you and your luggage back and forth. Property is right on the "Riva" along the water where you can walk all the way to Zlatny Rat beach if you want. Really good hotel for the money.

Excellent location, sea-view and everythin...

Hotel Kastil Perfekt location, very close to everything - shops, restaurants, the sea, bus station, harbor, buildings, wine tastery, walking areas…so beautiful! Excellent free wifi. Ordinary ”beige” room, comfortabe double bed, quite large fridge, wine glasses, good bedlamps and el. sockets. Very, very small balcony (even for 1 chair!) but with nice sea-view (211). Bathroom nice and updated though lack of hooks. No (plastic) glass for tothbrush. Two persons might consider a standard double room very much too small. No lifts. Nightlife in hotel area ended around 23.00 hrs = silent nights. Dark extra window-doors. Textile lught curtains at least 60 cms too long (why?) NOTE: Very Poor cleaning/ the daily cleaning took max 3 minutes and was only to fold the sheet, push up the cusions & fold the bathroom carpet. The toilet was not cleaned during 5 nights statmy, no roomcarpet vacuum, no cleaning of vine glasses or shelfs. Other/hotels photos Breakfast ordinary / good & fresh but not as excellent shown in hotel photos and no serving at table - it is self service! Nice large outside breakfast area under sun/rain protection roof, perfect seaview. No "art-towels" or sweets on bed as shown in hotel photos. See also my cleening comments.

Bestens gelegen im Zentrum und Geschehen von Bol.....Zimmer wenn auch alt und mit schmutzigem Teppich verfügte über einen kleinen Balkon mit Aussicht auf die Promenade......jedoch sehr sehr laut; sodass keine Ruhe bis spät in der Nacht.....Frühstück in Form von kleinem Büffet ausreichend jedoch nicht top!.....die grosse Enttäuschung jedoch ist das Verhalten der Besitzer und- oder Angestellten....während 4 Tagen kein guten Morgen....schönen Tag oder gute Nacht!!!!

O hotel tem uma localização excelente com uma vista linda da janela do quarto. Café da manhã bom, mas no segundo dia já não havia pães variados, apenas pedaços cortados de baguete. Nas comodidades diz que tem frigobar, no entanto o mesmo fica desligado e ao perguntarmos para a recepcionista ela nos disse que estão retirando de todos os quartos porque hotel 3 estrelas não precisa ter frigobar. Sugestão: retirem das comodidades do hotel que há frigobar.

Ett jättemysigt hotell precis i centrum av Bol. En ganska liten men väldigt fin frukostbuffé som man kan avnjuta på hotellets terrass med utsikt över hamnen. Kan varmt rekommendera att ta ett rum med balkong mot havet. Det är väldigt fin utsikt men det är även väldigt trevligt på kvällen då restaurangen nedanför ofta har en trubadur som sitter och spelar lite. Perfekt att ta ett glas vin på balkongen och lyssna innan man går ut till någon av de trevliga restaurangerna längs med hamnen.

The first night we were given the wring room and the room smelled if smoke. After speaking to the front desk they gave us a second room and we were moved ti another room. This room also smelled if cigarette smoke. These rooms are very basic. The breakfast was good and the location was right in the Harbour. We wouldn't stay again however.

Great location

A wonderful location right on the waterfront, with an extensive breakfast served outside on the terrace with a view of the harbor and water. Only a five minute easy walk from the ferries. I would say it's more than a 2-star hotel. But our bathroom on the ground floor smelled a little funky...

Zimmer entspricht nicht mehr dem heutigen Standart. Klima war mehr eine Heizung, als ein Kühlgerät. Diese hatte kaum Wirkung. Im Badezimmer hat es übel gerochen nach der Kanalisation. Im Kleiderschrank waren noch Kleider vom vorherigen Gast vorhanden. Dies sollte doch den Personal bei der Reinigung auffallen. Morgenessen war ok. Gab leider nur Filterkaffee. Das Beste ist die Terrasse beim Frühstück. Toller Ausblick. Die Lage des Hotels ist voll im Zentrum, aber für Leute die es eher Ruhiger mögen ist es nicht die richtige Wahl. Nebenan ist eine Bar mit Lauter Musik.

This is a very pleasant and extremely well located hotel but lacks a certain charm. The rooms are a little bland and could do with some art perhaps to make them slightly more welcoming. Sadly we booked a room with a balcony which when we checked is was not available due to an issues with the Air Conditioning so we were downgraded and refunded the difference. Alas this room had a smell of cigarette smoke and again a non functioning Aircon unit. The lady at reception was lovely and did her best to help but it was out of her control. Such is life, it was just for one night.

The hotel is extremely well located in Bol - very close to the catamaran dock, the promenade, a grocery store for snacks and water and restaurants. There is no lift, which can be a challenge with luggage. There was air conditioning which was great in the heat. The included breakfast was fantastic - great selection of hot and cold items as well as pastries. Everything was fresh and tasty and it included juice and coffee. You could sit inside or in the outdoor dining area, which had a lovely view of the ocean and the port.
