Friendly and responsive staff (when they're there during limited hours). Huge dining room next to lobby/checkin desk, equipped with microwave, a vending machine, and some free snacks. Room is good sized and well equipped with desk, mini-fridge, and wardrobe space. Bathroom has separate area for shower. Quality of finish-out is good. Only minor issues: - Hotel entrance is not at listed address, so it was confusing upon first check-in. You have to go around the corner to take the elevator up to the 16th floor. - Built-in light switches over the night tables are very far from the bed (seems like they were designed for a much bigger bed before) - Bathroom does not offer hand soap due to the "green mandate" by the government banning one-time use items. However, a separate soap pump at the sink would be nice."

The hotel is in an old office building with many random other businessses. Our room was in with another hotel and the staff gave my daughter a hard time when filling up water bottles. "
