"The owner never sent us check in information and we called him over 30x. We were there for a concert on Saturday night but there were 160,000 people in town for concerts. VRBO offered to pay for ONE room for ONE night and we had 6 people. The VRBO lady wouldn’t even help me find more than one room because she said it was not her problem. I hope this guy loses his rental privileges. My weekend ended up costing me $2500 more than I’d planned but we were 6 hours from home with little choice"

"The property itself was ok. The interior was mostly clean, but we were disappointed with several things. Patio was almost unusable. Filthy & nasty furniture. Laundry area was disgusting. Full of lint, dirt, etc. Washing machine had slime & mildew in the detergent tray. Beds were cheap and uncomfortable, like dorm room beds. Kitchen was listed to include a toaster, which they did not have. Only one TV remote worked. The exterior of the fridge had some sort of scale or rust on it. The patio door...

"Had a great time! Place was perfect, we needed something simple but more private than a hotel. The place was nice and clean, and the bed was amazing!!! Not for kids or low mobility, lots of stairs and hard to see when there’s no natural light. Perfect location, minutes from tons to do and to eat. Only thing I could criticize is we needed more than the 2 washcloths provided but able to run laundry so that helped."

Great stay

"I was looking for something convenient to I-77 and comfortable. This hotel met both needs and then some. I got a suite and king bed for under $100. It was less than a mile from the interstate and close to multiple restaurants from fast food to steakhouse. I walked to a Mexican place that was fantastic. "
