This Uptown, private, 2 bdrm/2bath, condo is only a 15 minute walk to both the Bank of America stadium, Truist Field, and the Spectrum Center. Looking to explore more of Charlotte - catch the CityLYNX right on Trade to commute through the city! This entire space has been completely updated and has all that you need to make your stay enjoyable! Each bedroom has a queen size bed and the living room includes a sleeper sofa, comfortably sleeping 6 in total! Enjoy coffee or wine on the balcony for the quieter moments during your stay. Free wifi access and Roku TV so you can log in to Netflix, Hulu & more. Keurig in kitchen and plenty of basic cooking supplies. Secured building with covered assigned parking (1 parking pass provided for resident area but paid parking available in the parking garage for additional vehicles w/ max $20/day), an elevator, a pool and a rooftop terrace with incredible city skyline views! Great condo in a great location!

We enjoyed your stay at this very clean and well decorated condo. The location was perfect for us as so many things were in walking distance. The check in instructions were very clear and the host was very easy to reach. We would stay here again!

Amazing spot

Very clean property with lots to do around it. The owner was great and quick to respond. The pool is a great spot to hang out and the roof terrace has an amazing view.

Great little spot

We had such a wonderful time celebrating my twins 16th birthday here. The place was absolutely adorable, very clean & communication was excellent. Had one minor issue & our host took care of it extremely quick. Would highly recommend this place!

Girls’ trip

College roommates found the apartment to be everything we wanted. The rooftop area was spectacular, and we even got to enjoy the fireworks from the nearby sports arena. So much fun!

Family Wedding

Property and location were perfect for our group. So nice having a Starbucks and 7-Eleven right next-door. Access to the rooftop area was lovely and the condo was just as described. The check in process can be a little tricky due to security for the building/parking area but that’s to be expected. We would definitely stay here again.

Great property and host!

Lovely condo with beautiful decor in walking distance to so much of downtown Charlotte. Condo and parking was secure with zero safety issues during the stay. Host was amazing and easy to contact. Excellent instructions given by host for check in and check out. Cannot say enough about how attentive host was! Would rent this property again! By far, my best VRBO property experience!

Couples trip to Charlotte

My wife and i visited with another couple for a weekend in Charlotte. We went to the Charlotte FC match while we were in town. The location of the place was excellent. Walking distance to the stadium as well as to many restaurants and bars. Jamie was a great host and was available for any questions. The place was clean and the check in process was easy. We enjoyed the balcony for our morning coffee and evening drinks. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice location!!!

The location was great. We were disappointed when the roof fire pit did not work. Wished there had been an extra fob for us to go our separate ways rather than always having to use the padlock system. The owner was available whenever we needed something.

Nice Decor

This unit is decorated very nice. Loved the boho chic theme throughout. The balcony was very spacious. Nice view of the pools. The property manager was very nice. This was my first time staying in a vrbo property. My experience was ok. We walked everywhere we wanted to go. Restaurants and lounges are nearby.

Great option!

This was a great option for us. We were attending events at the Spectrum Center and this was a convenient location; a little further than we thought but nevertheless convenient. The unit was very comfortable and pleasant. Quiet. We did not utilize the balcony area because it was cold but I suspect that could be very pleasant during the right time of year. Highly recommend.

Family Football weekend

This property was great! The property was nice and the roof top Terrace is a must at sunset and evening. It was so easy to walk to panther’s game. Pizza at the nearby restaurant is spot on. Do pay attention to the instructions for getting in and out - it is easy as long as you read the instructions. We had two cars and just paid for parking in the garage for second car and it was no problem.

Cute and Comfortable

This apartment is adorable. Nice space, cute style, and comfortable accomodations. The host provided everything we needed for our few days in Charlotte. Communication with the host was excellent. The check-in process is a little tricky (think Amazing Race...lol!) but instructions were very detailed and perfect. The balcony overlooking the pool and the rooftop terrace are great bonus features. I hightly recommend this rental!

Perfect uptown location, great host

Fantastic condo, very modern. Great location, close to bars, restaurants, and uptown locations. Highly recommend the Cellar at Duckworth. Really enjoyed our stay, and was a great value. Very clean and as described. 2 other points: the check in and parking is a little bit challenging. But the notes from the hoat were accurate and we made it through. Also, we had an AC issue, but the host was quick to resolve and to respond and make sure we were taken care of and happy. (It was a routine ac issue, not a problem with the rental). Thank you for being so quick and accommodating.

Great stay

Property is just as describe! Place has great space, great layout and great amenities (BEAUTIFUL VIEW from the rooftop terrace). We were just in town for a football game but it was so close to everything yet far enough away to see the beauty of the city. I sent a message on the site to make sure all was good for our stay and didn't hear anything back, but all the information was sent to my email, I just try to reach out before any stay. Jamie was so kind to reach out after the message finally got to her, my phone was dead but got the call on my watch and couldnt really hear her well as we were out in a noisy restaurant. With all we were doing I never got to thank her and I would stay there any time I would come back to the city!

Such a cute place! Love the decor and lots of space. Pool was great too. Close to uptown area so walkable. The few blocks around apartment and the store fronts are a little sketchy but not terrible. Would stay there again.

We were in town for my nieces wedding. The condo was a 5 minute drive to the wedding venue which was very convenient. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us & having 2 bathrooms came in handy for us to get ready. We appreciated having the assigned parking spot for our stay. The unit was very quiet & secure.

A short stay in Charlotte

We stayed here for a long weekend, it was exactly as described on the inside. The balcony was a nice perk and size/layout were great. I wish the beds were king sized. Overall we would consider staying here again.

Wonderful apartment!

This property is adorable, convenient to everything and super clean! We stayed for a weekend while in town for a football game and the walk to the stadium only took about 10 minutes. There are some cute neighborhood bars and restaurants that made grabbing a quick bite to eat easy! I would highly recommend this condo!

Great location and super clean apartment. Walking distance to a ton of restaurants and bars. The only feedback is that the beds are both full size vs king or queen. Just be aware.

Short Stay In Charlotte

We visited for 4 nights with our older teenage kids, so loved the 2 bedroom/bathrooms. This apartment was great - looked just like the pictures, very clean, modern and bright! Loved the patio! Walking distance to pretty much everything uptown, including great restaurants. Had a great experience and would definitely stay here again! Thank you!
