"In places the decor needs tidying up and worn carpets in corridors. Our room was spacious and clean. A runner had come off the wardrobe door so impossible to move it. All staff welcoming, friendly and helpful. Decent size car park. Hotel lovely and quiet overnight."

"Stayed for family business nearby. Unexpectedly good value and well located. Parking was easy, comments on expedia and other suggest on busy days like weddings that this may be less so, although seems to be overflow parking available. "

He goes above and beyond to look after my 12 year old son’s needs, who had autism. I was impressed with the facilities and thoughtful touches to assist less able bodied guests. In the wet room shower room there was plenty of space and multiple rails and bars. I did find, however, that the hand basin was very close to the toilet, so much so that I had to awkwardly slip in sideways to use the toilet. It would have been nice...
