"This is hands down the worst hotel I've booked till date. The pictures show clean rooms and a nice outdoor restaurant but that's not the case. When I arrived, the staff were horrible. They spoke with us as if we've never spent one night at any other hotel before. When we entered our rooms, it smelled. The bedsheets were dirty and no hot water! I paid for air conditioned rooms but they weren't working in 2 out of 3 rooms. I reserved 3 rooms for 7 people but they only provided us with 4 towels....

"Good value hotel. Great location. Bicky was a big help with arranging anything we required. Only complaint: when we returned from a tour we were moved to a nearby sister hotel (Hotel Elegant) without consulting us. The Elegant is much lower quality, very loud and without a view. "

"I had a great stay at this hotel! There was a bit of noise due to the pool being under construction, but it was easily compensated by the kindness of the staff. A special mention to the gentleman with the hat and the housekeeping team, who were all incredibly kind and attentive. Their warm hospitality really made a difference.
