"We have been staying here quite a few times. First off we noticed the dated appearance. Not run down but a much needed upgrade! Starbucks pop-up at the night bar? Weird! Rooms are spacious however outdoor pool NOT! Overall still a good value and very quiet. "

"Excellent staff and services. But, I expected more from the cleaning. The bathroom a crack, not cleaned enough. They are some dirty in the corner of the bathroom, never seen in any hotel before. They have shampoo in the bottle, but no hair conditioner. I realize that after shampooing. My hair was hard to managing. Honestly, I expected more for the stars and this expensive price of this hotel "

"This is a great place for anyone looking to enjoy Myrtle Beach but not be right at the beach. The accommodations here are great. The shuttle service to the beach and back was very convenient. Everyone was friendly. Marc at the pool side bar was very charming. I would book here again. "

"I took my 16yo daughter and her two friends for a girls weekend and we had a nice and relaxing time. Pool and beach chairs were available when needed and staff was very accommodating. We had a late flight out our last day and they made it easy for us to utilize the facilities you til we needed to leave."

"Loved the condo off the beach Great view. No beach towels Only 1 dish towel No Kleenex Nothing wrote down on what to do when you leave. Put one of parking pass under door. Check out was ten. The door was locked at 10:01 So we could not put p. pass on fridge We enjoyed our vacation and would come back."

"This was a nice place to stay..It was quiet and people were friendly. Specific to our unit, the only things that I feel needed attention was perhaps adding some ceiling fans, in the bedroom and living room. It seemed like the air conditioner struggled a bit and may need updating. I imagine it would not have been cool enough in the summer. The bathroom should be updated. But everything else at the condo was very nice. "

" We had a great time and the house was great for my size family. They just needed to clean the chairs in both living rooms"

"The door code didn’t work - had to get a new one from them. None of the TVs worked. The phone didn’t work. There was broken glass on the floor in the living room and Main bedroom that 4/10 of us got in our feet and bled everywhere, And they made several fraudulent charges to my card. The parking tags were expired so they clearly have terrible room service. Two of the beds had stained up bedding. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere nicer."

"We really loved our experience at the condo! It was neat and spacious, even better than shown in the pictures. The location was great, close to the beach, restaurants, recreational parks, and shopping centers. There was even a Tanger Outlets within 15 minutes. It was very nice to have the lazy river on property. Floating equipment was readily available.
