"The Perle Oban is a true gem. Conveniently located near the train and ferry centers, it’s central to everything Oban has to offer. The cooked to order breakfast is generous and the staff is warm and friendly. Sea views can’t be beat. This was my second stay and it was just as lovely as the first! "

"It’s nothing fancy but very clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. It’s only about a 20 minute drive from Oban. The restaurant attached to the hotel is very good - food was delicious - recommend you make a reservation for dinner. They do have a restaurant but we much preferred the atmosphere in the pub. "

"We booked specifically for an overnight stay so we would be relatively close to attend a wonderful concert at Kilmelford Village Hall ,approx a 10 minutes drive away . We've had a very busy schedule recently and the hotel and tranquil peaceful surrounds and lovely views across the bay , was just what we needed. "Loved the well equipped kitchen and easy breakfast options "

"Amazing country manor! Gracious rooms. Wonderful staff. Delicious breakfast! Very close to Oban. Quiet! The only slight I had was the over abundance of smell. Each area has reed diffusers and it is a lot of smell. As someone sensitive to that it was a bit much. I put our reed diffuser in a closet and then it was fine. Would I recommend this to friends? 1000%! You have to see it to believe it. Absolutely amazing! "
