The biggest thank you to the wonderful Antia who worked so very hard to find out where I had left my mobile phone - it was located in the taxi we had used- and managed to get it brought to the hotel for me so I could continue my onward journey. "Wonderful experience at this beautiful Parador. Room 203 (junior suite) was perfect with separate sitting area and corner balcony with fantastic view. We used the large pool everyday."

"Municipal Thermal baths partly out of work, due to recent flooding. Hotel staff did not inform us of that, nor did Baths personnel. Hotel is in rundown condition with limited services available. Front staff is friendly but this property barely deserves a 3 star, let alone 4. "
