"My first stay with my family , and I’m very impressed, the perfect stay in Aberdeen "

"We used a family room for a night due to an early flight the following day. The room was very large, clean, great beds and linen with good facilities. We also had a free shuttle bus service to the terminal. The only thing to make it even better would be somewhere to put cases on - the room was plenty big enough! All in all fantastic value for money! Would absolutely stay here again."

I personally had a little issue with my food, but it was resolved with a free drink. I Would stay here again, just need to be aware of those sneaky extras!"

"Our room was spotless and cozy warm on a colder day. The lift was appreciated. Parking at the back was very convenient. Location was close to the shops and places to eat. Hotel had an excellent restaurant with an extensive menu. Check-in with Sharon was very friendly and smooth. She was good people skills and made us very welcome. We would be happy to stay there again. "

"A little gem in Aberdeen. Really enjoyed my one night stay - staff were excellent from check in to check out. Bar and outdoor seating area very comfortable. Dinner and breakfast were excellent. No complaints and would definitely stay agin. Well done all "

"Very convenient for walking into the city, railway station and restaurants. But the pillows on the beds very lumpy and hard."

"Hotel was okay, nothing special. Staff were pretty cold, and werent overly engaging. Bed's were okay, the bathroom in the room needed some cosmetic attetion, and there was a weird stain on the carpet. Limited parking availability made it difficult if you were arriving back at the hotel any later than 7pm. "

"Norwood Hall is a proper Manor House with all the charm and loveliness that goes along with that. The staff are fantastic, the grounds are magical. We attended a wedding there during our stay - the dining room, food and service were absoutely impeccable. Overall, a wonderful experience and we will absolutely be returning."
