"My wife and I just returned from a 9-day, 8-night stay at The Royal Sonesta San Juan, and even with the on-and-off rain, we absolutely loved our vacation. One of the highlights for me was the incredible cleaning staff — they went above and beyond and truly made us feel at home. Their warmth and attention to detail stood out more than anything. We were also pleasantly surprised to be able to check in a full 4 hours early for a very reasonable fee, which helped us settle in and start enjoying right away. The food was delicious, the pool area was beautiful, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and relaxed. "Excellent stay! The staff of the reception was polite and very helpful, considering that our flight was delayed by 1 day. We paid for the evening even though we missed the first evening, but I understand that’s not the hotel fault. The food at Kueros, the hotel’s restaurant was excellent, and the service was top notch as well. Hotel is in a great location. Definitely my hotel of choice when we come back to San Juan! "
