The staff were friendly and attentive, and everything felt well organised and easy. My room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, which made the stay even better. "I loved my stay at Nova M Hotel. The room was lovely with big windows and a nice view of the Abaya Mall. The staff were all really helpful and went the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. I particularly liked that there's an iron and ironing board in the room, there is a chain lock and peep hole on the door for safety as I am a solo traveler and they are happy to reheat your food if you sign a waiver so my take aways from the night before were not wasted! I would recommend this hotel and plan to go back. "
