"This hotel is ideally located across the road from the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC). The hotel has a variety of resturants and the quality of their room service food and beverages is excellent and speedy. The room itself was big and very clean and had all the necessities: water, tea/coffee, fridge, ironing and ironing board etc. The hotel practices its sustainability pledge in relation to bedlinen and towels- I was very impressed with this. "I used to live at Arc towers and it was so good to be back and stay in beautiful Abu Dhabi. Regarding communication they didn’t reach out to me till the day before my stay. This should change really as that was the day I was traveling (by plane from London Heathrow) and of course I could not be contacted, so a bit worried if everything was ok. Our taxi dropped us at the Park Rotana reception, but we were directed to the Park Arjaan reception, which was a 3-5 min walk.
