"Breakfast did not have many options. Although this was supposedly a five-star resort, the overall experience did not feel like a five-star stay.
The customer service was definitely the best part of the hotel, as the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the room design was quite uncomfortable and impractical. The bed was positioned in a way that made getting in and out feel awkward, and the shower was only partially enclosed, causing water to spray onto the bathroom floor. The bedroom...
"We had the best stay at Jako hotel! The service was top notch, special thanks to Odisi and Ida (forgive me if the spellings are wrong). Because it was low season, we got free early check-in and late check-out, which we really needed. And they were always very accommodating and friendly. There is a halal restaurant one minute away which we went thrice. The bus from Saranda to Ksamil passes by the hotel so you can ask the driver to drop off at the hotel, but the bus from Ksamil to Saranda town...
"Excellent stay due to the service of all of the staff which was amazing, very welcoming and accommodating. Everything was as presented online and the views were breathtaking. The only criticism we would make is the breakfast which was a bit limited to our taste however the staff were accommodating when requests were made. Overall would recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to visit Sarande!"
"The host was welcoming, the apartment was clean and we got fresh towels every morning. The host was always happy to help whenever we needed anything and gave us the absolute best recommendation for restaurants to visit. We enjoyed our stay."
"No mirror in the room, at night there is no numbers to see where you going, I had to wait 15 min in the cold to get picked up by golf car, the pool next to the restaurant I had to pay for the drinks and food extra, can’t eat by the pool, and evrything you do you gotta pay right away they stick the card machine in your face to pay right away, for this value someone pays you should be able to put a card on file and pay by end, also the hot water in the room is very limited"
"I had a great time while staying here, rooms are modern, spacious, clean and have ducted aircon to keep you cool. Internet speed is also incredibly fast, reaching over 100mgps !
Staff are very friendly and will assist you with any help, including a fantastic laundry service they provide at the hotel.
The location is also very good, the hotel is surrounded by many restaurants & supermarkets and it’s only a short walk to the beach.
Breakfast and coffee in the morning is also good but a bit more...
