This hotel is amazing. They need to do a better job to update the description because can walk to 3 different beaches from there. Each one absolutely stunning. The staff was extremely friendly. Absolute pleasant experience. The only negative was the set up of the bathroom which is somewhat on the smaller side. Still highly recommended and we will stay there again.

It is less than 5 minutes to walk to a nearby beach where we were able to rent two lounge chairs with umbrellas for 10 euro. The hotel is clean and the air con works well. The hostess (tall, slim with black hair) was extremely kind, friendly and helpful when we asked for information about kayaks, taxis, bus…she even made calls for us. No swimming pool but the sea was lovely!

Good breakfast! Nice staff, very polite and efficient. The manager even helped us to repair our car before we leave. Well located, just outside the city, but easily walkable to downtown Ksamil.

Hotel Luxury Perhaps the greatest chapter of the trip was our stay at Hotel Luxury. If Ksamil was the poem, this hotel was the refrain we returned to. From the moment we arrived, there was kindness. A porter carried our bags, and politely refused tips. The receptionist, a gracious woman, took time to talk us through every nearby beach, hotel amenities, restaurant options; when I offered a tip, she demurred, saying “it is too much.” Our room was a two-bedroom unit, large and spotless; each bedroom had its own decent-sized bathroom. The view from our balcony was incredible, sea stretching out to the horizon, sunrises waking me through whispering waves. Service was consistent and heartfelt. Staff asked about our moods, health, what we needed. Breakfast felt like visiting my grandmother after a long time away—fresh, handmade, plentiful. In the afternoon, the little luxuries: pistachio ice cream that melted on the tongue, a cooling double espresso, or a café latte made with imported beans. Small graces that felt grand. What touched me most was knowing that this hotel was run like a family. Brothers Eltim and Ronaldo, and their sister (whose name I sadly never asked), are clearly the soul of the place. Their staff stay for years; there’s loyalty, care. At the end of our stay, they surprised me with beautiful gifts—local wine, Ksamil souvenirs, handmade olive oil—wordsless thanks for my small generosity. I left not just content, but deeply grateful.

Good option near the beach but away from the crowd

Very good choice if you want to get away from the crowd of Ksamil but still be close to the beach and Butrint. On-site parking is easy to access

Great stay

Very clean, freindly helpful staff and good breakfast. It is a 10-15 min walk from the main center but I found that beneficial as it was away from the night life noise

Lovely hotel and very friendly staff

Great hotel, very comfortable rooms and very friendly staff. An easy walk into town and beaches with loads of restaurants and bars. Private beach is a 5 minute drive away but there are plenty of others within walking distance of the hotel with sunbeds available for around 1000 lek per day.

It is a nice clean hotel. Their free beach with amenities is not in walking distance but there are several beaches right next to the hotel . Huge buffet breakfast Walking distance to many restaurants for dinner
