Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Bundesstraße,Fahrzeuge fahren mit hoher Geschwindigkeit am Hotel vorbei. Die Zimmer sind groß genug.Die Heizung ging nicht uns war es zu kalt. An dem Wochenende war ein Klassentreffen und es war so Laut das wir um 3 Uhr Nachts noch nicht schlafen konnten. Noch mal fahren wir nicht hin."

Male concierge hotelier was incredibly ignorant without any knowledge of use of service animals. Could not contact hotels.com provided ample evidence with emails of proof of payment plus also info from hotels.com site.
