Breakfast was limited choice or quality, had better at other hotels during our 10 day trip! Handy valet parking and excellent location."

"It’s a lovely property but there’s no hot water - I appreciate that they’re trying to be environmentally friendly but using solar power only and making guests take cold showers is just … yuck. Was also surprised there was no lotion, conditioner or bath robes. It’s a nice enough place that those things are expected .If it had those things hot water, I would highly recommend it. Views are stunning, decor is amazing, food is great and staff is friendly. But again, rude awakening with the cold...

"Good location on edge of town. Breakfast 16 euros per person, so we didnt stay. Parking, under hotel, with a door opened by someone who could not see the car or door, so as the door automatically swung shut all on its own it took the side trim off the car! So will prove an expensive stay."

For example: extra hard beds so guest had to try to sleep in chair, no in-room coffee or tea, digestive illness from dinner seafood pasta, tough filet mignon for other dinner, room safe did not work and was not fixed by staff, promised a la carte breakfast menu was refused by restaurant servers who insisted only 18 Euro buffet available (meaning $20 tea and toast...

"We stayed for 2 days as were trekking about an hour out of the city. We had not been to this town before, so woshed to give it a go. Pleasant hotel. Bar and restaurant staff very friendly. Room a bit small and dated. Unsure if Expedia Diamond VIP meant anything."
