"This was our second stay at this location. We love how quick and easy it is to get to Target Center/Field — via skywalk or street/sidewalks. Parking is always a tad challenging with valet parking, but it’s a breeze once it is time to leave. "

Right away at check in I was informed that AC unit was not in working condition and was giving the options to opt out of the reservation with a full refund back. I decided to stay the night anyway which was not bad. The hotel was nice to remove the parking fees also which was generous of them. Overall my stay was nice, room was very spacious and clean. "No one was available to help with the luggage when we arrived. Ended up unloading our car ourselves. Went to check in and back to the car still no one was available to assist. About 30 minutes later someone did show up & he was very helpful. Light on the left side of Thebes does not work. To last to address that situation tonight. Overall a nice place."

"It was great, except the restaurant hours, and quality of breakfest food items were not good. You need to do a full breakfast/brunch buffet offering everything! And since you only do til 11:00 am you have no options for lunch. Why not have the buffet and go til 2:00 or 3:00 pm? Then do dinner starting at like 4:30? Anyhow everything was great otherwise!"
