"Staff spectacular, nice, attentive and ready to assist us in every request. Hotel is centrally located with very easy access to the historic center, marina and train station. Parking is very convenient."

"The staff at the Una hotel Forte dei Marmi is lovely. They were always corteous and helpful. Upon checking in, I asked to change of the rooms due to the room floor and they accepted the request immediately. We had one dinner at the hotel. It's slightly pricey but worth the money. "It was perfect!"

"Excellent property! Service was fabulous. Rooms and facilities were spotless. Really such a pleasure. Particularly good for kids - balloon animals at breakfast and kids hats and r shirts on their bed as a gift when they arrived. Highly recommend!"

"Friendly and helpful staff, and best cappuccinos ❤️"

"Great location, only a short walk to the centre. Excellent choice for breakfast and all the staff are very friendly and attentive. Can’t wait to our next trip! Ciao x"

"Staff was excellent, but the main reason I wanted to stay there was because I thought it had an onsite bar and restaurant (which it did, but we were discouraged from using). The hotel was still in a state of disrepair (maintenance crew and noise). Because it was so new, there weren't many people there, which was a bummer. I was hoping for a little bit of a social scene."

"Great Location and fantastic kind and accommodating chef. My wife is Vegan, Some of the morning staff were tough in the restaurant. Most were very kind. Loved the location. The room was nice sized and the shower worked well."

"10/10 very well run, rooms were perfect and pristine, great location, friendly staff, nice pool. These people care and it shows. A real gem! Great breakfast"

"We loved our balcony overlooking the ocean and the readily available bikes to take into town. This was a wonderful trip."
