"Well located. All ocean view rooms. Beautiful hotel with very nice staff. There is hotel shuttle service to train station in La spezia. Taxi from La spezia station to hotel is 40 euro. Bus is cheaper but takes very long time. Italian bus!! I definitely recommend this hotel. Very lay back and comfortable place."

"Property is nice but when it states has Air Conditioning is misleading. Yes, it has AC but it is on the property as a whole. You can’t turn on the Air Conditioning for your individual room which is a negative. If the hotel doesn’t turn it on then you don’t have it like in our case. No AC at night is a major negative. The hotel is also not insulated great so you hear noise from other rooms. Plus, the cobble stone angled long walkway is horrible to bring up luggage to the property too. "

"We had a great stay here! Only things were that the fan didn’t work, and neither did the A/C. The Wi-Fi also stopped working. However, we were able to stay comfortably without these, and the provided breakfast was amazing! Great location close to the beaches and everything Monterosso has to offer. "
