"We booked another hotel to stay in that advertised A/C. They of course did not have it. We found two rooms in this establishment which fit the bill. The staff were very friendly and provided us with all the necessary information about the property. We were there for a wedding and the fact that they have a laundry room on site was a huge plus. We would not hesitate to book here again. "

"Lovely stay! I would highly recommend staying here. Orleans was a great stop and this was the most perfectly located hotel close to all the shops, restaurants, river etc. It was so lovely to be across the street from the river. I would definitely stay here again. thank you@ "
