"Hôtel idéalement situé en hyper centre de Biarritz, à deux pas de l’océan. Personnel très gentil, ameublement et literie de qualité. Bel hôtel. Seul bémol : chambre un peu biscornue, mais tout à fait confortable"
"nice staff great location, breakfast was a little to simple for be great, and ac in the room was not strong enough, for the rest, good bedding, and great atmosphere, will be back in winter for not have to complain about air conditioning"
"This is a very nice boutique hotel! Not fancy just very nice and comfortable in a historic building with air conditioning.
Walk out the door and you are in the historic town: beautiful for walking and shopping! The restaurants in town are wonderful along the river! Park the car and walk! Justine at the front desk is a wonderful hostess! Friendly place!
We are french Canadians so it is easy but English and several other languages are spoken at the hotel! Breakfast was good as well!
Merci...
"Beautiful property, great amenities, and very short walk to the beach. It was also close enough to central Biarritz. The room was clean and beautifully decorated, but much smaller than expected. Would definitely stay again."
"The property is centrally located with clean and modern rooms.
There was a good selection and variety of foods for breakfast.
The hotel offers beach towels, beach umbrellas, chairs, etc. for guests' use which is a very nice touch.
We found all staff, especially reception to be friendly and helpful.
We have no hesitation in recommending the Mercure Biarritz and would definitely stay again."
"A wonderful boutique hotel in an excellent location with very friendly and accommodating staff. Comfortable rooms and beautiful garden sitting area. What more do you need! Would definitely stay again!"
"It’s a nice hotel with kind staff but in my estimation overpriced. Nothing particular negative (although the pool is so small and uninviting that it’s wasted space), it’s just that the value is not there."
"We traveled with a baby and they provided a bath tub, baby bed, changing pad. We didn't expect this but was great!
The staff was very useful and the facilities are a little older but in great shape!
It's a 5 minute walk from the beach. Would come back!"
