"Hot tub was empty, air conditioner didn’t work so the temperature inside was 25 Celsius most of the time. They promised to have someone come out to help and they never came. Dead bugs stuck to walls, mouldy bathroom. Definitely not a “Luxury” stay or worth the price "

"This was the first time I have ever stayed at a BNB, but I do know that it is not possible that the Rye Park Manor is the BNB luxury standard. RPM is basically the Ritz Carlton of BNBs. Every single aspect of our stay was beyond phenomenal. The breakfast was better than many NYC restaurants. Not a single area of this property even had a speck of dust. We are still talking about how amazing our stay was and it’s over a month later! "
