"Fantastic hotel. The design of the hotel is well thought out. Loads of plants and shrubs. The staff make you feel at home and were so welcoming. Beautiful beach opposite the hotel. Don’t be put off by some of the reviews saying it is a busy road, it’s not!! We stayed in a Mountain View room that was so spacious. You will not be disappointed if you book this hotel. Thanks to all the staff for making our holiday and stay so memorable."

"I absolutely loved my time here. The staff were so lovely and helpful. The room was beautiful, the terraces and views were gorgeous, and the beach was idyllic. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Brace yourself for a bit of a climb though, as some of the rooms are up a somewhat steep hill with lovely tree lined paths. The location of the restaurants give the perfect view of the nearby island, Praslin. And the sound of waves crashing into to rocks in the beach below make for...

"Etablissement charmant et bien situé à Beau vallon. Nous avons été superbement accueillis par notre hôte qui était très accessible et sympathique. La chambre ainsi que les parties communes étaient très bien. Tout était propre et bien tenu. Il ne manquait rien. La literie était de bonne qualité, la salle de bain spatieuse et confortable. La seule chose qui nous a manqué était de ne pas avoir deux oreillers par personnes mais cela est plus une remarque qu'un reproche et n'entâche nullement la très...

"Chateau Elysium is an amazing place in the middle of Beau Vallon beach. We ordered dinner and it was excellent - variety of food, fresh fish, creole salads, vegetable with sauce etc. It was delicious. Rooms has beautiful view to the ocean and Beau Vallon Beach. Swimming pool in front of the villa is also great and get a huge advantage for guests. Definitely, we will return again."

The levy tax is all they are concerned about, pay your money and stay at a better place, PLEASE! You will be disappointed here"

"A bit far from Victoria, which meant renting a car, taxi or public transportation. The public bus was an experience every traveller should do at least once. It is efficient but a wild ride! Taxi’s expensive. The staff at crown beach did their very best at suggesting tours and those which allowed hotel pick up. The restaurant was good but expensive. We would actually return as it was quiet ,on the beach and staff impeccable especially John! "
