"The hotel is very nice, pretty close to the beach and the old town of Benidorm with its beautiful streets and a lot of stores. The room was large, with 2 comfy beds, cleaned every day, the towels changed at request and the linen once at 4 days. The bathroom was also large, well equipped. We had HB with possibility to choose between lunch and dinner which was very nice and flexible. All the stuff from reception, cleaning and restaurant very professional and kind. "I would return though I think the hotel should be more alive. Window balconies were not clean. They wouldn't replace our glasses in the room, which I dont understand why. Shampoos and other things were not replaced properly! Entertainment should be more in the way people participate"
