When we arrived at 2 pm for check-in, they told us it would be another hour -- the hotel was fully booked, and housekeeping had gotten behind. Also, someone from the reception walked into our room while we were in it. Without knocking! Very unprofessional. There were reddish stains on the bed linnen. After mentioning this to the front desk, we said we will not come back again. And the response was, well I think we tried our best. Only apologies, no resolutions to help solve the problem or to try...

"I had a very short stay but was made to feel very welcome by my host. The breakfast in particular was extremely good and it was a shame I was not able to accept the kind gift of some homemade apple juice as I was leaving (traveling hand luggage only)."
