"The front guest service (he was a guy) very helpful and attentive. Thumbs up! But the server in the restaurant is not that kind specially night time 2 men. The breakfast is clean and nice (staffs are nice too). And facility is out of nowhere so you need to find yourself to get out if you want to go out and eat. Perfect base for exploring Nuremberg
"We loved this hotel! We (2 adults, 1 child) were staying in Nuremberg for a few days in between travelling for football and honestly this hotel was perfect. The ideal base for exploring - great location being only a 15/20 min walk in to the old town and three stops on the U Bahn (station was a one minute walk away). The hotel itself was great. The room was ideal for us as we had a balcony and kitchen and dining space which meant we could chill out in the hotel as well, which was perfect given we are travelling with a 3 year old for two weeks. We met the general manager who was lovely and the staff were all very friendly. We are actually planning a return trip to Nuremberg partly because there’s so much to see and do but mostly because we 100% would stay here again and know that we had the perfect space to return to each day. "
