We arrived at the hotel around 10pm. We were tired and cold, but as soon as we arrived, we were welcomed with the warmest receptionist named Yaiza (if I wrote her name correct). She was really helpful, professional and very courteous. She made sure that everything was fine with our stay. She made our stay very pleasant. THANK YOU! Great room was very clean and nice size bed. Don’t get room by the train tracks

Nice hotel, close to city center, but the room was extremely hot and told front desk about the blower was not working, and possibly due to language barrier said ohh well, open window and it will cool off. Problem was the window was literally right next to train track, screeching brakes, Horns, and locomotives kept us up all night. My children had the room next door and their room was cool. Their air handler was Working.

The location of the hotel is excellent because it is close to the train station and close to the historical center. The room was clean, has a good size for two persons, and had some amenities which were good for our stay. The availability of two chairs in the rooms of the Premier Inn network is particularly interesting for medium to long stays. The staff is very friendly. We arrived there around 1PM and the receptionist immediately found an available room for our checkin at that time. We did not eat the hotel breakfast, so I cannot evaluate this point. I consider that the price was very good for the quality of the hotel and of the room and would stay there again in other opportunities.

Not the best stay we had the worst sleep. the Ac wasn’t working and staff had no alternative for us, the hotel is on a very busy street so even with the windows barely open it was very noisy.
