We spent the day at Zugspitze and this hotel was the perfect location to stay after that. We originally planned to spend 1 night only, but liked the hotel and location so much that we spent 2 nights and took the opportunity to take the bus (with the complementary bus passes provided by the hotel)...

"Amazing hotel. Room was large and comfortable. Views were amazing. Close proximity to both castles, just a short walk away and a good home base to explore the Bavarian alps. The staff were incredible - front desk concierge was knowledgeable and she went out of her way to make our stay more enjoyable. "
