"Excellent service and lovely food. Very clean and all staff were lovely and looked after us well. Member of your bar staff did fantastic cocktails in the lounge bar. Loved the spa! All in all a fantastic hotel. A beautiful room and fantastic staff. Had a very enjoyable stay. Thankyou"

"Everything was good and the lovely view over golf course both from our room and the restaurant is always beautiful! Staff all friendly and obliging not a critism just a suggestion it would be good to give the choice of cappuccino, latte and hot chocolate at breakfast even if an extra charge for this was necessary! To top the stay it had snowed overnight and we were greeted with a delightful scene upon opening our room curtains! 2nd time of staying at Dale Hill and will definitely be returning...

"Warm welcome on arrival,quick check in and shown to our room. Property is a bit of a maze so the assistance was appreciated Room was compact but looked very fresh & clean. Quality toiletries and refreshments. Complimentary water was a nice touch. Only gripe is the slightly awkward shower controls, which ca9be reached unless you are standing in the shower or have exceptionally long arms"
