Small quiet place but clean and luxury .

The staff was wonderful, helped us to our room with heavy luggage, tended to our needs, amazing breakfast and really a beautiful historical place in India - I wished I could have stayed longer there.

The whole hotel gives luxury vibes. The staff is very polite and helpful. The rooms were large and very spacious. The property is beautiful with many picturesque spots. Few things which can be improved - 1. The bed linens’ quality and cleanliness can be improved. The pillow covers were a bit small for the pillows and the comforter cover had stains on it near the leg. They also looked very old and could be refreshed. 2. During last two days, there was a shoot going on. It created a lot of...

Other reviews knocked points for the location, which is outside Jaipur city, but since we had a car and driver this was no matter to us. It proved a quiet respite from the hectic city and a truly wonderful experience. Certainly one of the best hotels throughout our say in India. Hesitant to write this review only because I hope for it to remain a hidden gem but too good not to share. Thank you, Umaid Haveli staff.

I could go ON annd ON about the beauty, diligence of the staff, cleanliness of the rooms, surroundings, amenities, et al. The food was fantastic, the staff BAKED fresh gluten-free bread for my wife when we informed them that she has issues with gluten!! They were polite and efficient. I even made Bajra rotis for her. They went out of the way every single thing. I will definitely recommend everyone to go and sample this marvelous property. My wife and I loved it ABSOLUTELY! And they have two...

lovely hotel, great location, and wonderful staff

Clean comfortable hotel with good resteruants in a quiet safe neighborhood. Staff was friendly and helpfull.

An amazing, boutique hotel with stunning attention to decoration. Clean, good breakfasts, great outdoor roof-top restaurant, best hot shower of our 4 week trip in India.

I loved staying here. The staff was so very nice and helpful. Food was delicious. The room was beautiful. I am slightly handicapped and the staff was so very accommodating and helped me with steps (just a few) and access to buffet. A Holi bonfire was just down the street and a staff member (Mr. Singh) helped me get there with my walker. Dining room staff were so kind and helpful. Mr. Nagebi in the dining room was especially nice when I dined there. Loved my stay here.

This property was absolutely beautiful and the service faultless. The staff really looked after us and we felt at home! The different dining rooms were each very unique and the food was exciting.

Everyone was very friendly here, the stay was comfortable, and the breakfast delicious! They have music at the rooftop restaurant every night, and are relatively close to the attractions (still need to drive or use rickshaw). Would definitely recommend as a place to stay in Jaipur!

Very quaint and beautiful unique hotel, staff is extremely friendly come on nice and helpful. We even got to say hello to the owners and enjoy the beautiful garden in the front. Each room is unique and well furnished and well maintained. This hotel is definitely a gem. We strongly recommend, we lived here for five days and we're very happy.

Hotel staff was good, the person on reception was very helpful during check-in, as we did little late check-in. Over all our experience was pleasing, and hassle free.

Stayed in the royal suites wid frnds for just a night, but the money was really worth it. we got 3 rooms, u won't believe how incredible they were unless u experience them urselves. the staff is friendly n helpful, also they give the star treatment.....

This is an excellent option for Jaipur. Their cleanliness and hospitality stands above hotel standards in the surrounding area.
