The breakfast buffet was really fabulous. The hotel was average to good...seemed a bit dated in places, carpets in hallways old and torn. Could use an upgrade. We were only there 1 night to catch a flight at Heathrow in the morning so served our purpose."

"Great airport option easily and cheaply accessed by local bus 423 from T5 or U3 from T2 & T3. Spacious room with fridge, kettle, chairs, soundproofing, very nice toiletries. Climbing in and out of the bath is not suitable for everyone, nor is having to remake the beds as the duvets were tucked in too tightly and the sheets were too small for the mattresses. Strange for an international airport hotel only to have UK Freeview TV channels...and I was disappointed that the bedside clock radio did not pick up any stations at all. Very tasty breakfast selection in nice surroundings. "
