"The floors in our room were sandy, no lifts or ramps to our room meant carrying prams and babies up stairs with no bellboy offer, no spare blankets in room, can very clearly hear noise on neighbours balcony and outside of the rooms door. All staff were awesome. Breakfast was awesome- although all baked goods were stale. Coffee purchased at breakfast was so SO good. Overall an acceptable family holiday spot and would probably return. The kids loved the kanagroos. the whole property feels...

This was not spelt out in the booking details. Why not? This is taken for granted these days, especially in places like Sebel. Otherwise very good."
