"Nice, modern accommodation in a good location - but communication could be improved. The accommodation is clean, well equipped (kitchen, washing machine, TV etc.) and quietly located, only about 20 minutes walk to the centre. Check-in is done via WhatsApp and email, which basically works. However, there is no personal contact and there is often no clear answer to queries (e.g. rubbish disposal, replacement of bed linen, existing defects). More transparency and accessibility would be important,...
