"The hotel and rooms were very clean. The food for breakfast and in the restaurant for dinner was 5 stars. The amenities of a gym, and the spa were a great addition to relax at the end of our day from sightseeing. The staff were all very courteous and helpful with filling any requests. The location was great for walking to all the sites and also very near the tram, train and busses for transportation. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting Florence. "

"Vom Personal bis zum Zimmer, waren wir sehr zufrieden. Auf persönliche Wünsche wurde vom Personal herzlich eingegangen. Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Die Handtücher wurden jedentag gewechselt. Das Badezimmer war sehr sauber… das Hotel liegt ist ziemlich zentral aber doch sehr ruhig gelegen. "
