The hotel was beautiful and elegant. The room was spacious and modern and very clean and comfortable. The nightly happy hour was very nice and the daily breakfast buffet was really good. Would definitely stay there again.

The location of this hotel cannot be beat. The room was gorgeous with a bathroom not usually found in European hotels. Full size jacuzzi tub with separate rain shower. Dual climate control for room and bathroom which was so nice. Bed was comfortable and so were the pillows. If I’m ever back in Florence I will be returning. Also, the breakfast had everything you could possibly want.

We stayed in Naples, Florence (Spadai), and Rome. Florence was by far the best experience and a lot of it had to do with the hotel. It had everything we needed, checkin was fast and easy. The breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!!!! The best of all the Italy hotels we stayed at. The only thing that would have made the hotel perfect would be bigger showers. Other than that it was such a a wonderful stay! We still talk about it today
