"The location is great—very close to Jesselton Harbor. We booked the OWD course, so it was super convenient for us—only a 3‑minute walk. There’s also a big shopping mall nearby, plus it’s easy to find the durian street, fruit market, and seafood market. The hotel price is quite cheap, and it’s clean enough. It could be a bit better, but overall, it’s all good."

"Room was ok, clean , employees are very nice The restaurant is terrible The food I ordered was not fit to eat The steak only had 3 bites that I could eat It was almost all fat. The salad was not fresh And was very small. The hamburger from the previous night was extra terrible. I do not think it was real meat and looked like a child made it. No let us, not tomatoes, no onions. And the wrong kind of cheese I sent in laundry it came back dirtier that when I sent it in"

"Lovely rooms and very friendly helpful staff. Food was brilliant, really nice and had everything for picky eating children. Breakfast was the best we have had whilst living on Borneo for 2 years. Both pool and gym are really good to."
