"Enjoyed our stay but it was extremely busy as it being a Bank holiday weekend, there was not enough staff on to cater for so many guests in the restaurant. "

"The White Hart is in a lovely spot, beside the river and close to the beautiful St Botolph's church, which is well worth a visit. Inside the hotel, there are several different public areas to have a coffee, to read and relax, as well as the more formal dining, breakfast and bar areas , and with riverside tables outside. All of the staff were incredibly well trained and helpful. I had one of a handful of rooms which was hit by an electrical fault late on my last night. The young lady who was duty...

"Ideal location for attending a local event over the Bank Holiday weekend. All staff were polite and helpful. The only minor comment is that the room was not serviced for the whole 3 days we were there. Had to request for clean cups ,tea and milk. Extractor Fan in bathroom did not work ."

"I had to walk 15 minutes from the bus but the area is so beautiful and peaceful I didn't mind. Staff very polite and helpful. Rooms and public areas clean. In general I love this place and if I'll be again in Peterborough I will certainly book a room here again. "

Room was roasting hot, with no way to turn radiator down or control heat. No local information available in room. Would’ve been useful to have menu for room service. "

"Property is in a small town so little bit limited for the restaurants options. Property has nice period features and good size executive rooms. Staff was very nice and breakfast lovely fresh. There is also lovely garden at the back of the property for an evening drink in the warmer weather. "

"Great place to stay , love this building and beautiful village with bridge and waterways , it our second time here , so the first time it hadn’t been refurbished like second time so even better than before , it not far from historic Stamford , plenty of shops,bars and restaurants , nene Bally railway just up the road , but lovely villages surrounding this hotel , will be back in a couple of years as I feel you can’t go wrong , nice experience "

"An absolutely amazing nights stay, the bed was incredibly comfy and we slept like a log. The staff were very attentive, one slight criticism was they need more staff as when we went to the bar we were waiting for quite a while to be attended to. Their sister bar restaurant down the road we left after 20 minutes, the waiter took my drink order while my wife was choosing, 20 minutes later and nothing. So sadly they lost out on our food and drinks order."

"I was meet by friendly staff. The room was very clean , and cleaned each day to a high standard. I ate there each next ( 3 night ) the food was at a wonderful standard, the breakfast was at a very high standard too. Lovely place TY room 6"
