"Single ply toilet paper! Would have been great to have a coffee maker in the room. Elevators are very slow. Hotel is beautiful, cool vibe"

"It was fine, somewhat expensive for what it was. Bar a restaurant were a bit dated and not that appealing."

"It’s a beautiful hotel, but I barely slept. My room was directly across from the ice machine and the staff service entrance, and the sound of the door slamming repeatedly kept me up throughout the night. Even on the fourth floor, I could feel the vibrations from passing subway trains while lying in bed."

"The refilling water option is very environmentally friendly and convenient . After showering, water spills out all over the floor. It is very messy in such a small space."

"Staff took care of us! Communicated important information to us and made sure our stay was accommodating"

"The property is well-situated, and room was comfortable. Service was OK, we had some issues with housekeeping (room not serviced two days, missing towels) and responsiveness of front desk staff."

"Totally fine"

"Booked a block here for my wedding and everyone was so kind and helpful. We had an early ceremony and they did everything to help make everything run smoothly. From the valet, bellhops, front desk (the absolute funniest and sweetest team!), the housecleaning staff, and engineers. I’d book this place again in a heartbeat. However, if you’re looking to get a suite it’ll be on the 3rd floor and the windows are transparent to the outside so close those curtains!"

"Great location and the room was big. Bed was ok, sofa bed not great."

"Unusual place. All was good. Sam at the desk was very helpful."

"Rooms are smaller but very clean and the location is excellent!"
