Lovely hotel in a great location close to the spas and the park. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was very clean and nice.

The staff are very friendly and helpful

Es war alles ok, wie immer

Hotel Puccini was probably the most friendly and helpful hotel I have ever stayed in. The hotel has a nice breakfast every morning and a beautiful outside balcony to relax in. Our room was a triple as our son was with us and it could not have been better. There are many hotels in montecatini and I would stay here again without question

Great hotel with a Michelin restaurant in a very walkable location! Friendly, helpful staff! I just stayed here for a full week and by the end of my stay the staff felt like old friends. Breakfast is a large spread including everything you could want. Hotel is quiet, elegant and reasonably priced. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The room was great and rather cheap the hotel offers a lot of spa and pool services but they're expensive on their own unless you get them included with the room we were only staying one night. It was a little loud we heard renovations taking place near us but didn't affect sleeping.

The hotel was beautiful, the breakfast buffet was excellent, with many choices of food. The location of the hotel was perfect, we were able to walk to everything.

This is an amazing place near a beautiful park and centro plus a fantastic pool. The staff is always available to help and within minutes respond to help in the room. Overall great!

This hotel feels like luxury. Beautiful, comfortable, nice size room and spacious bathroom. The staff is terrific. Amazing breakfast and dinner (across the street) was outstanding. Can’t wait to go back!

The staff do an excellent job!

Great stay, one of the best we had on our three-month tour of Europe. We stayed four days,The dining room pool area and lounging area were very elegant, comfortable and clean. The rooms were large and had a lot of drawers for storage. breakfast was great, we enjoyed it, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, various types of meats, cheeses, cereal, breads, juices, danishes and a great cappuccino machine. Customer service was top notch everyone spoke perfect English. Dinner was a little pricey, a three...

Friendly staff, nice bar area.

Breakfast buffet was great, lots of options. They made you a cappuccino or espresso at the bar that was delicious.

Friendly staff ,great location ,very clean, good breakfast

Beautiful hotel! The restaurant had fantastic food and the pool area was great. The breakfast left something to be desired, but everything else was perfect!

We wish we could give 10 stars! This was one of the most amazing hotel experiences we have ever had across multiple trips to Europe. Not sure how we fell into this boutique gem but glad we did. Clean, well maintained, beautifully appointed, everything is modern and works as expected! The location is ideal to explore Pistoia. The train is a very easy 12 minute walk. There is a breakfast available for 12 euro. Well worth it! My wife is a 4 shots of espresso girl over ice. They didn’t flinch and...

Staff were as incredible as anyplace we have stated. Grounds and hotel room simply immaculate and gorgeous. Far exceeded our expectations.
