"Modern, clean, friendly staff. The room AC was set at 26 Celsius and to bring the temperature down to 18 C it took about 8 hours. That caused some difficulties to conciliate our sleep. You probably can ask the staff to allow you to leave the room cooling for the day so it doesn’t take hours to reach the desire temperature."

"Traveling to meet a cruise ship. Shuttle pick at airport to hotel was a little confusing but the video provided by BW was so helpful. Easy and on time. Front desk ordered the Taxi for me to cruise line the next day. Made it easy. Restaurant food was great. Room very clean and comfortable. "

"The hotel is so dog friendly and the dogs get a goodie bag with dog stuff, bones, toy to play with and other treatments they also get a bed and cups for food and water. Luna is extremely happy. They could also visit the bar and the restaurant."
