This was a rather poetic way to describe what looked to be a small ventilation shaft, our view was in fact a brick wall. The room was very dark as a result. Nowadays, travelers are simply carrying mobile devices with USB. Yes, we can get loaner adaptors from the front desk - but it is just one extra step that your hotel can do to make it simpler. 2.
