"Modern hotel just outside of Bologna. We chose this place for the pool which was lovely and the tennis courts which need attention. What frustrated us here was that they charge extra for every facility. Water bottles and soda in the room, charge. You want to sit on a chair at the pool? Charge. You want to sit under an umbrella by the pool? Charge. You want to play a round of tennis? Charge. These amenities should be included in the cost of a nightly stay. "Ideal location outside the city centre with excellent transport links into Bologna and beyond; we did day trips to Rimini, San Marino and Venice with this hotel as a base covering Bologna in the evening. Don’t miss the Sanctuary of the Madonna di San Luca: get the train from the main square! Staff at the hotel were superb and very helpful."

"Overall a very nice hotel deserving of a 4 star rating. Beautiful views, large rooms, ample breakfast offerings, large spa with a lot of saunas, pools, etc. Gym could use some more equipment but it’s not bad. Parking near your room can be a challenge but it’s no more than a few hundred meters at most. I would recommend this property."
