The front desk were wonderful and respectful and helped in every way possible. They answered any questions, and were very patient in explaining everything. We were extremely pleased with our stay, just can’t say enough how wonderful we were treated, and will definitely come back to Relais Villa Valfiore in Venice."

"Overall a very nice hotel deserving of a 4 star rating. Beautiful views, large rooms, ample breakfast offerings, large spa with a lot of saunas, pools, etc. Gym could use some more equipment but it’s not bad. Parking near your room can be a challenge but it’s no more than a few hundred meters at most. I would recommend this property."

It is a missleading destruktion of the hotel. The internet was pool, so was the AC and the Staff was bored, awoid!"
