"The staff was very helpful and even let us check in early since the room was already ready. The building is conveniently located just a block from the city centre and also has a private garage available for a reasonable additional fee. Highly recommended! We would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel was very clean and the bathroom had an elegant and modern design. The staff was very helpful, the breakfast in the inner garden was great as was the air condition. Our bed gave me a sleep of ten hours which was really exceptional. I can easily recommend A Casa di Paola to everyone."

"We had a wonderful stay here in Ravenna! A family run business in a fantastic location - walkable to the bus station, city centre, train station, restaurants etc. Staff was so friendly, helpful, and attentive. Property was incredibly clean and spacious, breakfast included. Check in was very easy and the room was ready for us, no problems. The property also has a common space for a kitchen. One of my favourite places I’ve stayed in Italy to date and would recommend!"

"The lady that checked this in and appeared to be the manager of this hotel, Hilaria, was extremely helpful in so many ways. She gave us several tips about the town, what to see, where to eat, and most importantly she arrange for a private transfer to our cruise ship. The breakfast was exceptional, and reasonably priced. The staff are very friendly. The room was spacious, with an excellent shower. The air conditioner worked very well. This also a very pretty garden that you can enjoy if you have time."

"We just stayed one night before our cruise departing from the port of Ravenna. We arrived by train on a hot saturday afternoon, departing on sunday afternoon. The hotel is very close to the train station. Staff at the front desk were amazingly helpful, telling us how to get to a restaurant while avoiding the hot sun, and arranging transportation for us from the hotel to the cruise port - a big deal because there is no available public transit, few taxis, and no transportation provided by the cruise line. They had to make a significant effort to find a way to get us to the port, and we really appreciate that they took the time and made the effort to ensure we'd get to the port on time. Good continental breakfast provided with helpful staff for breakfast too. Overall a wonderful experience that met all our needs."
