"Early check in was kindly facilitated and greatly appreciated. The room had some maintenance and design issues that detracted from our stay. First the control for the sink plunger was missing, allowing water to fill (and damage) the cabinet and floor. Second, the AC unit worked but there was no fan or any way to move the air making the floor cold and above the knees sweltering hot. I could not sleep and finally just put my face in the ice cold (slightly moldy) AC to get sleep. Finally, the restaurant downstairs had genuinely good food but prices were very high and ironically, it was very anti-tourist. We had a good time, but 
 Service took a total of three hours, which is the custom, but for families with tired children it is hard. As they say, if you want fast go get a Kebab."
